Camila – Redemption (English)

The wound on my side
and Cecilia’s poem†.
Made the first three pints call the
next two when you
friend winked at you and left.
I deployed my best feathers
and more beers to wake up
your Mary Magdalene spirit.
I’m thirsty I told you,
tumbling with my cross.
You put the water
and the vinegar on my mouth‡.
That you only give in leap years.
We talked and we laughed.
Drunk to meet each other.
I dreamed between your legs and the art
from your hands
La grande bellezza of Rome.
The Zonda wind* and the curtains
opened after the shower.
Offered dignity
to this morning coffee.
